Vicente is a landscape construction company based in Smith county that offers a broad range of outdoor services tailored to every individual clients' needs. Primarily specializing in creating new outdoor spaces, our team of landscapers, masons, and carpenters, is fully equipped to handle any project, big or small, and help our clients build their perfect outdoor space.
THE OWNER
Jorge Vicente
Jorge Vicente began his landscaping journey during his teen summers, working with his uncle cutting and trimming trees. Over time, he began taking it upon himself to seek out and speak to potential clients, trying to earn a little more money. Though his initial plans were to attend a university and attain a degree in engineering, after much consideration, he decided to leave school, and start his own venture. Since June of 2024, he has been serving East Texas homeowners. His commitment to client satisfaction, as well as his innovative approach to landscape design and construction has led to countless property transformations.
OUR PROCESS
At Vicente, we follow a meticulous process to bring your outdoor living dreams to reality. From the initial concept to the final touches, our team is committed to delivering exceptional results. We start by understanding your vision and then proceed with detailed preconstruction design and transparent construction estimates to keep you informed every step of the way. Our on-site consultations and the finishing touches ensure that the end result exceeds your expectations.
On-site Consultation
At our initial meeting, we meet the client, and listen to their needs and wants. This helps us understand the vision behind their desired property transformation
Preconstruction design & estimating
Based on the initial meeting, if the project warrants a preconstruction design, we begin creating one right away. This helps the client see what they're investing money into, without having to pay the full cost upfront. We then write up a detailed estimate, with everything itemized, allowing the client to have full cost transparency
Construction
If the client accepts the estimate, we schedule their project and begin planning and ordering materials to ensure a smooth construction. Depending on the scale of the project, this process could range from days to weeks
Finishing Touches
We complete the construction of the project. Everything is reviewed with the client to ensure the project is complete to their satisfaction. We explain warranties to the client, if any, and deliver all aspects of the project to them.
